What your child gains

Five outcomes parents notice within three months.

01#1

Focus that lasts longer than a 30-second video

Taekwondo trains the mind to hold attention through repetition — the same skill that gets homework done without three reminders.

02

Confidence to handle bullying — and the judgement to walk away

Self-defence is the floor, not the ceiling. We teach when to use it, and far more often, when not to.

03

Fitness that screen time can't undo

Cardio, flexibility, balance, posture. Built in the dojang, kept for life.

04

Respect that shows up at home

Children greet elders, hold doors, listen.

05

Patience that compounds, belt by belt

Eight months of yellow belt teaches what eight years of marks-chasing can't.

  • Within four months, my son's teacher stopped writing 'distracted in class' on his report. The dojang did what no app could.

  • Two academies told us they 'welcomed' our son. Master Abhishek taught him. There's a difference, and we feel it every week.

  • Belt by belt, my daughter learnt patience. Marks improved as a side-effect. That wasn't the goal — but it's what discipline builds.

  • He used to flinch when other kids got loud. Six months in, he stands his ground. That's worth every fee.

  • Master Abhishek calls personally when she misses a class. That kind of attention is unheard of in this city.

  • We travelled 1,400 km for the grading camp. Worth it. The community there is real.

Beyond the dojang

Where our students finish — not where they start.

State opens, CBSE Championships, and national-level events. Master Abhishek travels with the team. Our medals come home in the same gym bag they left in.

10+ National Medalists

A typical class

Sixty minutes. Six small wins.

Every class follows a shape — predictable enough to feel safe, demanding enough to feel earned. In-person and online classes run the same rhythm.

  1. 00:00

    Bow in

Class begins with a bow to the flags, the instructor, and one another. Two seconds that reframe the next sixty minutes.

  2. 00:08

    Warm up

Joint mobility, dynamic stretching, light footwork. Built to prevent injury and prime focus.

  3. 00:18

    Technique block

Stances, kicks, hand techniques. Repeated until the body remembers what the head is still learning.

  4. 00:35

    Poomsae & application

Patterns matched to the student's belt level. The grammar of the art.

  5. 00:50

    Pad work or sparring

Controlled. Always supervised. Adapted to age, belt, and ability — no one is thrown into the deep end.

  6. 01:00

    Bow out

Reflection on what got better today. One small thing to take home.

The pledge to parents · Charter of the dojang

Six promises. Signed. Standing.

What we promise every parent who hands us their child for an hour. Visit the dojang. Ask any of them.

Low-ratio batches

Mainstream batches capped at 12–15 students. All-Abilities batches capped at 6 (in-person) or 3 (online).

Certified mats and gear

Impact-grade mats laid wall-to-wall in every class space. Pads, helmets, and chest guards inspected before every session.

First-aid trained instructors

Every instructor on the floor is first-aid trained. A kit is in the room, not in a cupboard down the hall.

Women instructors available

On request, a woman instructor is present for the trial and onboarding sessions. A standard option, not a special arrangement.

Parental consent on every image

We never publish a child's photo or video without written consent on file. Withdrawal is honoured immediately.

Honest about progress

Belt promotions are earned. We will tell you when your child isn't ready — and exactly what to work on.

Eight questions parents ask

Real questions. Honest answers.

Anything else? WhatsApp us — we usually reply within four working hours.

Most of our students arrive with no sporting background. The first three weeks are about listening, balance, and confidence — not flying side kicks. We meet your child where they are.

Mainstream batches are capped at 12–15 students. All-Abilities batches are capped at 6 (in-person) or 3 (online). Low ratios are non-negotiable.

Coloured belts (Geup) are issued by the academy. Black-belt grades (Dan) are awarded by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo headquarters in Seoul — recognised everywhere Taekwondo is practised.

Honest answer: 4–6 years of consistent training, depending on age and consistency. We don't sell shortcuts. We build students who deserve the belt they wear.

Full refund within the first 7 days of enrollment, minus admin fee. Pro-rated refunds for valid medical reasons. Refund policy will be published in full once fees are confirmed.

Women instructors are available on request and routinely present for trial and onboarding sessions. Tell us at booking and we will arrange it.

Online students follow recorded curriculum at their own pace, attend a weekly live session with the Master, and travel to Dehradun once a year for the grading camp. The same belts. The same standards.

Years of consistent practice — not a footnote. The All-Abilities program is taught by Master Abhishek personally, with adapted methodology, sensory consideration, and a 1:1 or small-group ratio. Ask to speak with him directly before booking.
